Don't eat wild pigs it is dangerous! They have som nasty swine diseases.
The worms you are referring to is definitely an eye sore but in reality they are no harm to humans. LSU did a study on this that is the ONLY reason why I keep a bigger drum 😂 before then I never did keep the bigger drums or redfish because of the worms. I also prefer the larger drums to make coulbion (no idea how to spell that) the redfish meat just falls apart to easily vs the big drum holds together much better and I also bleed my fish

Haters will hate. I caught a 11lb bass and these “semi professionals” asked me if i was going to release it… i told them no, and that the fish is going into the pan! Ha! Cooked some Fish Tacos and man oh man it was delicious. I bled the fish in the stringer for about 10 minutes and then stuffed it into my cooler prior to coming home. Nice Filets and very mild tasting fish. Not mushy at all doing my method. Man those pros were pissed lol, but i don’t care.

Some businesses that sell crayfish have insane prices!!!! $155.00 or more per bag! I had thought of opening a seafood and Cajun restaurant here in Georgia. But blue crabs and crayfish prices are insanely high.No way I could pay those prices and stay open.I would have to find a smaller commercial fisherman to supply me.

If you want to catch shrimps the traditional way, just search for the word "Gliep", its a net that was fomerly used by shrimpers along the northern sea (germany, netherlands, belgium) and is easy to craft by hand.

So with the storm isn’t there more run off from water inland flooding. How dirty is the water and does that affect the health of what you eat. I’m in a large city on the coast and every time there is heavy rains they tell us to stay away from the beach bc of the dirty water. Fish near the coast tends to have higher lead levels bc of pollution. Does that affect your fishing.
